Micro blogging site Twitter has rolled out its new feature in countries like India in which users can DM(Direct Message) to other using their voice.Using this feature users can chat one to one with their own voice which is limited to 140 seconds.Its just like voice messages available in whatsapp and messenger apps.This feature will available for both android and iOS users also in web platform
